Bridge & Flow – Compliance Advisory provides regulatory and documentary advisory services.
Services consist of analyses, opinions and written deliverables based on the information provided by the client and on applicable regulations at the time of the mission.
Bridge & Flow does not act as a regulatory authority, law firm or official representative before authorities, administrations or platforms.

4. Limitation of liability
Services constitute an obligation of means and not an obligation of result.
Final product compliance, acceptance by authorities, marketplaces or third parties cannot be guaranteed, as such decisions remain under their exclusive responsibility.

5. Orders and payment
Any service is subject to prior validation and begins only after written acceptance and payment under the agreed terms.

6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables are intended for the client’s internal use only.
Intellectual property rights remain the property of Bridge & Flow – Compliance Advisory until full payment of services.

7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
