Refund Policy

Bridge & Flow – Compliance Advisory provides regulatory advisory services and customised intellectual deliverables.

Due to the nature of the services provided:

• Services that have already started or been delivered are non-refundable.

• Delivered deliverables (analyses, opinions, documents, reports) are considered final upon transmission.

No refund may be granted in the event of:

• rejection or negative decision by an authority, administration or third-party platform,

• a change in the client’s strategy,

• missing, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

In the event of cancellation prior to the effective start of the service, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, following written exchange.
