How does an engagement work?

Each engagement is carried out independently, based on written exchanges and the documents provided. The objective is to deliver a clear, operational, and proportionate response to your situation, without unnecessary processes.

1. Initial contact

Initial contact is made via the contact form or by email.
You describe your need, your product, or your situation, and share the documents already available.

2. Analysis and scope definition

Based on the information provided, a focused analysis is carried out in order to:
– understand the applicable regulatory context,
– identify priority issues,
– define an appropriate scope of work.

Additional written exchanges may take place if clarification is require

3. Proposal and quotation

A written proposal is then issued, outlining the scope of the assignment, the expected deliverables, the timeline, and the financial terms.
Any assignment starts only after written validation of the quotation.

4. Assignment delivery

The assignment is carried out independently, based on the documents provided and the applicable regulatory requirements.
Deliverables are provided in writing, in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

5. Scope of intervention

The services are provided as regulatory consulting and assistance. They do not constitute an official certification, nor a validation by a competent authority.
Analyses and recommendations are based on the information provided and on the regulatory requirements known at the time of the assignment.
